Slam dunk
This is your chance to put it down. The beauty of this game is that it is infinitely adjustable to meet the capabilities of the person you're playing with. This is a superb power-endurance challenge that will get you pumped.
Use a medium-sized medicine ball and start throwing it down. Of course, you'll have to retrieve the ball after the slam and while you're doing it, your hoop master can take up a new position. Now you'll have to run across the room and put down another slam. Do a set of a dozen or so, then switch with your partner. Be advised: this one will get your heart rate up!

If you're the hoop master, pay close attention to how your partner is doing. If he's really game, move the hoop as much as you can between slams and keep it high. If he's suffering, back off. But in any case, be sure to keep up the heckling!
Also, you can turn this into a hyper-robust field game by adding defenders. The defenders provide light resistance, just enough to keep the ball handler dodging and weaving on the way to the hoop. A truly dynamic experience!
