Target touch
This one is both challenging and fun. It will test your balance; more specifically, it will develop the proprioception in your ankles, knees and hips. By making your legs, hips and core smarter, you'll be better prepared for a wide range of dynamic activities.

The challenge couldn't be simpler. Begin by standing on one foot. The "coach" holds up targets and asks for alternating, cross-body touches. For an entry-level challenge, hold the targets close together at the same level. For a higher level of difficulty, hold the targets far apart and keep them moving, low-high and high-low. Most people will lose their balance at this point, but if they're really adept, ask them to speed up. This usually pushes people over the edge. Go until your leg fatigues, then switch with your partner.
