Med ball-physioball target touch
Abdominal training is a lot more fun if you do it with a partner. Grab a medicine ball, set up as shown and start whacking the targets.

If you're the coach, don't just hold up your hands and coast. Keep alert to how your partner is doing and adjust your targets accordingly. If you want to increase the challenge, move the targets higher, further apart and back. And be sure to keep up an encouraging rap to keep your partner moving. When she's starting to fade, grab the ball and do a quick switch.
Also, be sure to experiment with different weight balls for different effects.
