Low-high med ball touch
Touch the floor, then touch the target. That's all there is to this one.
If you're the player, make your legs do the work. The idea is to pump the entire extensor chain, including your hamstrings, glutes and back. If you're the target-master, adjust the height as necessary and keep the encouragement coming! Do a dozen reps or so, then make a quick switch.
