Animal magnetism
This game has some superficial similarities to aikido training and some dance styles, but it's a solid locomotor game with lots of sweat and surprises.
Begin by designating one person as the "coach," the other as "the athlete." Now, stand side by side and "stick" forearms or wrists. At this point, the coach takes off on an easy run. The athlete's role is to keep the stick, no matter what the coach does. The coach can run wherever he chooses, at whatever pace and with whatever gait variations he likes.
In any case, the coach should keep in mind that his job is to lead the action at the perfect pace. The goal is to keep the athlete moving, adjusting and learning. It makes no sense to run like a rabbit if your athlete can't keep up. Of course, you're going to have to communicate: that's the beauty of it. Run across the field with whatever zigs, zags and arcs you can come up with, then switch roles for the return trip.
