This innovative two-day workshop will offer a powerful new perspective on human performance, health and physical happiness. Ideal for all fitness, movement and body professionals, this seminar offers an approach that is invigorating, liberating and life-changing.
Content includes:
- Vigorous movement sessions and functional fitness games
- An overview of the human predicament and the state of the body
- Functional movement concepts including the importance of barefooting
- Robust athletic core training by the partner-resist method

As scholars and practitioners of health, Exuberant Animal staff will introduce you to this innovative and life-affirming whole-life practice with basic principles of easily extensible exercises ("games"), done in a communal and fun atmosphere. Through multiple movement sessions and presentations, you will be invigorated, energized, and excited to bring this program back to your own community.

- Meet with other like-minded health-, fitness-, and community-oriented individuals for networking, socializing, and learning

Special guest presenters including Dr. Kwame Brown on “The Power of Play and child development.”
In addition, we also welcome legendary trainer Sebastièn Alary as he teaches the most innovative concept in physical training: partner-resistance. Seby, originally from France, is a master teacher with vast experience across the spectrum: he is highly-respected for his knowledge of cardio, strength and functional training. He currently trains clients in the highly-acclaimed Pro Club in Bellevue, WA. He is also an exuberant player in his own right!
WHO
This workshop is primarily intended for adults and young adults. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Perfect for fitness educators, personal trainers, group-fitness trainers, movement educators, martial arts practitioners, team builders, innovators, game-changers, health educators, team-builders, and others who are looking to for ways of motivating the body, health, fitness, fostering community, and changing lives.
We will also feature a Sunday morning kids class. This class (9:00-10:00am) is open to children ages 7 and up. The kid's class offering is to show how Exuberant Animal games are used for children's physical and emotional education.
